Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of folikor.uz and the Folikor ERP platform (the "Service") operated by YaTT Razzoqov Ibrohim Umurzoq o'g'li ("we", "us"). By using the Service or connecting an Instagram account to it, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Folikor ERP is a business operations platform for managing orders, inventory, cash and customer communication. It can connect to Instagram professional accounts through Meta's official Instagram API to receive and reply to Direct messages and comments.
2. Accounts and access
Access is granted to businesses under agreement with us. You are responsible for your users' credentials and for actions taken under your account. You must have the right to connect any Instagram account you connect.
3. Acceptable use
- Comply with applicable law, Meta Platform Terms and Instagram Community Guidelines;
- do not send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages outside Instagram's messaging windows and policies;
- do not use the Service to collect data for purposes other than serving your own customers.
4. Data
Your use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect your Instagram account and request deletion at any time (instructions).
5. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features depending on third-party APIs (such as Instagram) may change if those APIs change.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
7. Termination
Either party may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, connected Instagram access is revoked and data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
